To request a return, please contact our office by email at email@example.com or directly at the store, if you purchased your merchandise in store.
For online returns, we need the following information: 1) Contact information (name, email, phone, address) 2) Invoice number 3) Product (s) you are requesting to be returned 4) Production code numbers and / or lot of the returned product 5) Reasons for the return.
An agent will analyze your request quickly and call you if necessary
Once the request is accepted, we will email you a prepaid travel voucher. You just need to print it out and attach it to the return box and include the product inside the box along with the original invoice.
Once the product is received, we will refund you. Refund will be made to the original payment method only.
All refunds will be processed within approximately 1-5 business days of receipt of the returned items.
